Built to last. Designed to look like nothing happened.

Modern restorative dentistry is bonded, tooth-colored, and precise. A well-placed crown, an implant that integrates cleanly with bone, a root canal that leaves the tooth fully functional, these are quiet wins. You should not be able to tell the work was done. We aim for that on every restoration.

And because Dr. James Willis, DDS keeps implant surgery, root canal therapy, and prosthetic work all in-house at Westlake, you do not run a relay race between offices to finish a single case.

Common questions

What does restorative dentistry include?+

Restorative care rebuilds damaged or missing teeth. At Westlake that means crowns, dental implants, root canals, dentures, and fillings. Dr. Willis keeps this work in-house, so you finish your care in one trusted place.

Do you place dental implants in-house?+

Yes. Both the surgical placement and the final restoration are done in-house at Westlake Corner. You do not need an outside referral, which keeps your whole implant journey under one roof with one familiar team.

Is a root canal painful?+

Modern root canals are much gentler than their reputation. With thorough numbing, most patients say the procedure feels similar to a routine filling. It actually relieves the pain that brought you in, and saves your natural tooth.

How do I choose between a crown and a filling?+

It depends on how much tooth structure remains. Small to moderate damage usually calls for a tooth-colored filling. When a tooth is cracked or heavily worn, a crown protects it better. We will explain the trade-offs clearly.

Can you replace several missing teeth?+

Yes. Depending on your goals and bone health, options include implants, fixed bridges, and full or partial dentures. We walk you through the comfort, durability, and cost of each so you can choose the right fit.
