Invisalign uses a series of clear, custom-fit aligners that you wear for 20–22 hours a day, switching to the next tray every one to two weeks. Each tray nudges your teeth a fraction of a millimeter closer to their final position. Over a few months for simple cases — or a year and change for more complex movement — you’ll have the smile you’ve wanted, without the brackets and wires.
