Financing for larger treatment plans.
CareCredit
A third-party healthcare credit line specifically for dental, medical, and veterinary care. Subject to approval, CareCredit offers short-term plans with no interest if paid within the promotional window, plus longer-term options with low fixed APR. Apply in minutes, most decisions are instant.
In-house payment plans
For qualifying treatments, we can structure a 0% in-house payment plan that splits the cost over two or three visits. Ask us at consultation, we will write up whatever makes the work feasible.
Virginia Dental Club
Our membership plan replaces the need for traditional dental insurance with a flat annual fee. Two cleanings, two exams, and X-rays are included; everything else receives a sizeable members-only discount.
The practical policy.
- Co-pays and patient portions are due at the time of service.
- Insurance claims are filed by us on your behalf, no paperwork on your end.
- Treatment estimates are provided in writing before any non-routine work begins.
- Larger cases (implants, full-arch, orthodontics) often qualify for pre-submission to insurance so coverage is confirmed in advance.
- Missed-appointment fees apply only after repeated late cancellations without notice. We understand lake-life schedules, please just give us a heads-up if you cannot make it.
