Financing for larger treatment plans.
CareCredit
A third-party healthcare credit line specifically for dental, medical, and veterinary care. Subject to approval, CareCredit offers short-term plans with no interest if paid within the promotional window, plus longer-term options with low fixed APR. Apply in minutes — most decisions are instant.
In-house payment plans
For qualifying treatments, we can structure a 0% in-house payment plan that splits the cost over two or three visits. Ask us at consultation — we will write up whatever makes the work feasible.
Virginia Dental Club
Our membership plan replaces the need for traditional dental insurance with a flat annual fee. Two cleanings, two exams, and X-rays are included; everything else receives a sizeable members-only discount.
The practical policy.
- Co-pays and patient portions are due at the time of service.
- Insurance claims are filed by us on your behalf — no paperwork on your end.
- Treatment estimates are provided in writing before any non-routine work begins.
- Larger cases (implants, full-arch, orthodontics) often qualify for pre-submission to insurance so coverage is confirmed in advance.
- Missed-appointment fees apply only after repeated late cancellations without notice. We understand lake-life schedules — please just give us a heads-up if you cannot make it.
